No vending or ice machines available The pool had so much chlorine we couldn't even swim. Our room was $269! Thought it would have a family room but nope just a couch in the hall Also couldn't even get a late check out!!

I stayed on May 13th one night in room 312. Left the next morning with numerous bed bug bites. I contacted the hotel and was told to send pictures of the bites to a company email. No refund was offered was told they will have house keeping check the room. This is completely disgusting.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Overall a great experience. The front desk was really understanding and patient when I had a card issue. Staff was very friendly in the morning. Only complaint I have is the powdered eggs.

Hotelsdotcom lost our reservation. Luckily, the wonderful ladies at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. They were so nice and helped another couple bring their items into the building/room at the same time. We didn't have to wait for anything; they clearly knew what they were doing and were very efficient. The room/bathroom was very clean. We've stayed at other hotels that only had one trash can, and there were 2 in our room/bathroom. Seems petty, but it was helpful to have two. I told the ladies at the front desk that room service wasn't needed, but they came anyway. We had a fresh-made bed and more than enough towels. The pool was warm enough to be able to enjoy it, and the hot tub wasn't too hot, just comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
