Positive: The bed was very comfy and the pillows. Nice cool AC when I entered the room and throughout my stay. Negative: Definite lack of customer service and welcoming nature from Asst. Mgr. I attempted to check in slightly early @ 1:30 and was turned down hotel seemed empty so not quite sure why and she wasn't going out of her way to be friendly or even smile.

Was visiting out of state family in their wonderful lounge area. It was very spacious and could easily seat our group and still had room for many others.

We had a reservation through booking.com. when we got to the hotel, they didn't have a room for us even though THEY had confirmed it via email. They showed no care that they had screwed up and tried to say that Booking .com "didn't tell them about put reservation until the night before" which was untrue. We reserved 5 weeks in advance and got confirmation immediately.

Always a great experience at this location. My suggestion for all hotels concerning late checkout, if the room isn't spoken for for that evening then offer a late checkout, for a fee, that would allow visitors to either enjoy the amenities at the hotel or to visit points of interest in the area.
