Mixed review: rink is nice and the ice is in excellent condition. Rental skates are the WORST ever. There is no padding inside so you're essentially putting a molded plastic boot on your foot. Of course that means your foot better be the exact same shape as the boot or you're in for a world of pain. Took three different pairs of skates and thank goodness I brought an extra thick pair of socks, so I could provide my own padding.
Cycle your skate inventory. If you create a painful experience for your customers, they won't be back.

There is an underground parking garage or parking on the street on Columbus Drive.
I would love to go ice skating here with friends, but I use a wheelchair. Is there any accommodation for wheelchair users? Would I be able to be pushed around in my wheelchair by friends or is there a special rental chair? I'm so curious.

I am flying into Chicago on January 3rd, with my 2 children, and wanted to take the ice skating that evening but I do not see hours for that day. It shows up to Dec. 31 and dates after Jan. 4th. Where can I find out hour for that day/

Our hours are 12pm-8pm during the week and 10am-9pm weekend. During xmas break we are 10am-10pm
I know there are rental skates however my boyfriend is a giant and wears a size 14, are there rentals that size available or are we fresh out of luck?

Thinking of coming to you on Valentines Day night. Are skates rentable after 9 or 10? I know you’re open 24 hours but I’m not sure about skate rental.

Do you need a guardian or someone above age 18 in order to skate or can like a bunch of twelve year olds go ice skating without any parent. Basically do you need some sort of parent guardian in order to skate?

As far as I know, no guardians or parents required. Skate rentals are $14 dollars, lockers are first come, first serve.
However, I do recommend that if you are understand 18, make sure you bring a medical card and emergency contact info with you in case it's needed.. just to be safe.
