I do not recommend Rochester Ford if you are looking to buy a new F150 truck. I placed a deposit on a new 2022 F150 and was lead to believe the Sticker Price was the final price. When the truck finally arrive they tell me about a $1000 markup as well as nearly $500 in administrative fees. This is underhanded and a sign of untrustworthiness. I did not do business and requested my deposit back.

Steven Roy was instrumental in ordering my new F150. I had contacted him earlier and expressed my interest and as soon as Ford allowed orders to be placed he contacted me and we built my dream truck. I am excited about my truck and plan to do modifications through the service dept to enhance my enjoyment. Thanx to the crew for making this a reality.

Very unprofessional- Brought my new car in with the check engine light on and they charged me $130 for plugging in a scanner, told me what they thought needed to be replaced, and then let me leave with the car (without paying) while things were sorted out with the warrenty company... After filling the car with gas a few days later the light went off, indicating their diagnosis was incorrect. They not only never sorted things out with the warrenty company but they also still charged me for the "diagnostics" they performed. They called me 2 weeks later for payment and argued with me when I told them the light turned off, saying they reset the car when they definitely didn't. Highly unprofessional and rude. Would not trust again!

I'll start by saying this is my second experience with Conway Cone, and Rochester Ford collision center. I also had my 2017 Dodge Durango repaired by the body shop as well. Both the Nissan and Dodge came out looking and driving like new. My cars where detailed inside and out and you could not tell it was ever in an accident. The body shop arranged the rental cars, handled the insurance company/adjusters. They kept me informed during the entire process. All I had to do was drop my cars off, pay my delectable, and pick my cars when they where done. Conway is a master at his craft and enough good things can not be said about him and his level of professionalism. I hope Rochester Ford sees this post and understands the valve of the high quality employee they have within Conway. Too wrap it up I'll end by saying, I hate when accidents happen, but you can believe if one happens again, Conway and the Rochester Ford collision team will be the first call I make.
