Brought my bike in for service (brakes, tires and chain) I had all the parts and was given an estimate. Didn’t get a call for three days until i finally called them and was told they wouldn’t work on my bike because of a chain adjuster. Then told it would be almost $1000 more in labor. Upset they didn’t give me a call before and they wanted to overcharge the original cost I said I would just pick my bike up. Never once did i ask them to “look over the bike” and they tried charging me $60 for “looking at the bike. Apparently they have been charging people extra. Later my dad went over asking why I was charged and they were incredibly disrespectful. I got my money back and never going back again. Service department sucks, parts department was great otherwise!

Service center let me down! They charge $125/h for an estimate, ok. But after an hour they still didn't know what was wrong. How many hours would the estimate take, they don't know. I asked could this cost $500 for an estimate only, yes was the response. Took to another shop, blown fuse (rookie troubleshooting) $135 for entire estimate, repair, and new inspection sticker. 2016 Suzuki GSXS1000.

over the last 5 years have walked into this place to look at bikes at least a dozen times , we have a camp in Maine and i was looking for toys for me and the kids stood in the middle of the floor looking at bikes for well over twenty minutes , NEVER NEVER had a sales person or sales manager approach me and ask if i needed any help or was looking for service or parts , nothing , took a ride down to Boston Ducati and a world of difference , bought a bike on the spot , sales people where excellent , three days later went to Robertsons in Sanford Me, bought 2 jet skis and 2 four wheels for the kids ,again i didnt even make it in the door without a sales person asking me if i NEEDED anything or assistance on a product , NEVER AGAIN ROCHESTER MOTORSPORTS ,,,,,,
