DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. The receptionists do not know what they are doing. The nurses do not know what they are doing. And the "Dr" just gaslights you. I see this doctor for my anti-anxiety medication. I called on Wednesday to have my prescription renewed. The receptionist took all my info, verified my prescription, asked which pharmacy I used, and said that I was all set, she was sending the prescription over right then. I NEVER received a text from my pharmacy that my prescription was filled. Then Thursday evening, after I called Wednesday morning, I received a voicemail from them that I actually had to come in to see the dr before they refilled my prescription. Ok, that is why I called Wednesday when I still had medicine left, in case I needed to make an appt to come in. Now it is today (friday), I did not have any medicine yesterday, and I call and they tell me to come in today at 11:30 but to come early. EVERYONE in that waiting room waited at least an hour. I FINALLY get seen, the nurse makes a HUGE error in her preliminary assessment of me, something she would have known if she even looked at my file. Then the DR comes in and tells me that he has certain policies about medication refills and keeps going on about them. I said I know, I've been with this practice for a while now, and that is why I called TWO days ago and was given incorrect information. So now I'm the one that is suffering. The doctor pretty much told me its my own fault for not being proactive regarding my medication and appts, even though I was the one who called them days ago. He could not admit that his practice made a huge mistake. His nurse made huge mistake when treating me. And now he was just being rude and condescending, asking what I do for a living as if whatever I did was not important enough to not be able to answer my phone and take an appt after THEY messed up. I left in tears, I will NEVER go back. For someone who is supposed to be in charge of health, the entire staff literally made me feel SICK. Do yourselves a favor, and DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!! IT IS SCARY HOW NEGLIGENT THEY ARE!

I don’t know about the other reviews here,I had a completely different excellent experience. Doctor Gottipartthy listen ,definitely cares about his patients is our family doctor myself,my parents he’s always ready to answer any questions or concerns and offer a plan of action,solution. I have not idea why this other customer had a negative experience. This office works after hours ,much later than a regular doctor office,most of the staff is tired and sometimes over worked including and Doctors Gottipstthy is the busiest of all ,harder working doctor ,caring ,personal and very concerned this has been my experience and my family for over 20 years of been a patient and they know my name and my parents name always treats us right.
