Disappointed with last visit. Visiting the office around 6:46 p.m. 8/17/2022 Wednesday Not sure what the receptionist problem is, but it felt like she kept trying to get me and my son out of the office instead of helping us get care there. Don't have her name, but she was older Latin woman with curly hair, sitting next to the wall. I live two blocks from docs, my son had a minor issue, so we decided to visit docs for urgent care. First the reception is said there were no doctors on staff, video conference available only. That was fine, BUT then she kept trying to get me out of the office instead of helping us get care of that night. She said orange clothes in 10 minutes or we could come back tomorrow to go to orange or another office. Then when the nurse with the long hair, with a color strip in it was kind and help my son into a room, she was rude to me about my expired license which has nothing to do with confirming my Identity or my child's medical care. She went on and on like it was her business. Later while waiting in the room, the nurse allowed my son to use the thermometer to take temperatures. Not sure why the receptionist had to come into our waiting room, but she had attitude. She didn't talk to us like an adult but pushed the nurses card harshly next to the bed and slammed the door on her way out..WOW That was some mental BS, didn't understand what her problem was, we weren't rude nor unruly. My child was only there to have medical care. THE ONLY TIME SHE WAS KIND WAS WHEN SHE WAS DEALING WITH OTHER LATIN CLIENTS DURING OUR VISIT. Thinking over all with my history with docs, I think it's best to just stop going to them for care. I feel she is not a people person, nor is she kid friendly and need some kind of training to deal with other "kinds of people." I rather go further or wait longer than deal with some unprofessional, unkind person

Clinic as a whole is small but the people in it are attentive and nice. Front desk staff were probably the friendliest, kindest staff I've spoken to in a healthcare office. Did a great job helping us navigate issues with insurance and test results.

If I could give half a star or even no stars at all I would. Sad because there are people there who genuinely care about their jobs and their patients and then you have other people there who just don’t seem to care. Their rapid test isn’t rapid at all not once have I had my results uploaded online as promised. I would have to harass the staff for the results and even then they still don’t get it done in an efficient time manner! Don’t even bother calling because you’ll never get through I can go on for days but according to these other reviews I think it’s pretty understood that this location is terrible.
