I scheduled a 7:00 pm appointment. What I learned when I arrived was that the company is no longer using their online system for appointments, but rather are for COVID testing. Show you care about your patients and your business by updating your site 🤦🏻♀️. What a waste of time. By the time I learned this it was too late to go anywhere else for care.

Doctors here are wonderful, however I needed a covid test on a Sunday for my 5 yo whose Dr was closed, made an appointment like I did the last time, walked in to one person waiting and was told I had to go online to get myself tested, even though I did not last time. Then he starts throwing up and they say "now we can see him" but still made me book appointment online, like isn't this a walk in? This was 3:30, close at 6pm. It's after 6 now I have no result and no one to call. The nurse had her mask down and told the other girl to lock the door if there was too much to do. Mind you, no one was there, maybe one person at a time. Unfortunately, I'll now have to take my sick son out again and attempt to do rapids, even though I'm immune compromised and can't catch covid and if I need medicine I'm screwed for now. Dr. Michelle is wonderful though and I wish the people up front weren't so rude because of covid I will be having to go back, but maybe we'll go to Orange.

They are all nice n professional when it means care and testing. Getting ur results however, dont hold ur breath!
I know the Doctors do the same as if your primary doctor .its faster than the er and they are open later than the clinics .great service I go to them all the time when i need urgent care
No they dont you would have to go to a OBGYN to get that type of help they do pregnancy test and hiv testing it you need that type of stuff done
