Poor costumer service, Dine in room was close and there’s any sign a lot of people was waiting on line the employees ignored us and I asked by drive-tru window to Carlos and he give me attitude and close the window in my face I asked again to speak with the manager Carmen and she told me she was to busy to help a costumer at that moment we we’re waiting for 30 minutes and they didn’t help anyone is a poor costumer service I received in my life. I would never come back to this location

worse service ever. short staff and no response when you reach out to them. people can only blame covid so much. they take your orders online but yet upon trying to pick up your food the doors are locked and they only have the drive thru open with 20 plus cars waiting in line. the purpose of an online order is to have the food ready. i am still waiting for my refund for the food i never received. they lost me as a customer as well. horrible service. will be contacting the better business bureau. stay away from this place.

My visit at this branch was my first time but rest assured that its going to be the last time! I came afternoon, not at the busy hours, the restaurant line , just to place an order, was so long that the guest had to wait OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT STRUCTURE. A lot of employees that shouting, laughing, joking and not impressed from the long line, the angry customers, the dirty floors&tables and the fact that I could easily counted at least 10 complaints and order issues from different customers not including myself (while I was sitting in the restaurant). This is a shame and an excellent example HOW NOT TO RUN A RESTAURANT! I will also post this review on Google.

Burned chicken!!! Ordered the chicken nachos and chicken was charred!!! Not acceptable. Did not get any napkins either. Imagine the taste. I had to throw them away. Too bad I was already on freeway when my husband saw this meal!!! It’s not the first time pollo loco has given us old burned chicken!!! Disappointed
