We found a dresser on the sales floor at Slumberland in Eveleth and wanted to buy it. I was told that we could not buy the dresser. We would have to order one that would take 12-13 weeks or more for delivery. I was trying to come up with a scenario where it is a good idea NOT to sell a piece of furniture when you are in the business of selling furniture. What good is a display item if the order will take 3-6 months to come in. Maybe they should mark the items in their store so that you know which ones are actually for sale and which ones aren't. P.S. We purchased the same dresser from HOM Furniture for less, in stock.

Have bought several pieces of furniture at slumberland in eveleth ( full bedroom set, large dinning room set, couches, chairs, ETC...) always treated well. Just a little disappointed that when they looked at our history there, they had no record of us ever doing business with them. Service was still great
