I ordered a lamp online, their website said it would be delivered the following day. When it didn't come I called them and was emailed the next day saying that it would be about 6 weeks before I could get it, it wasn't in stock.i was not happy. It wasn't untill I talked to Elizabeth that she offered something that made all the sense in the world... I received another lamp that I loved and got a huge discount and a $50 gift card for my trouble. Talk about taking care of business!!! I couldn't be happier. So happy that I'm back over here on my day off buying more furniture!!! 5 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 stars!!!!!

First thing - unexpectedly amazing customer service. I ordered a storage cabinet online and was supposed to go pick it up same day but was unable to. I called the voicemail number and left message, they promptly called back, very polite on the phone. Went to pick it up and was told I'd had to wait 10-15 minutes because the box they'd brought down looked damaged and they wanted to get me a new one - yes, please! They came back about 5 minutes later with new one, loaded it on my truck AND strapped it with their own rope. What?! Amazed. Also, while I was waiting I saw 2 employees help another customer literally unpack 2 big boxes of something so it could fit in his sedan. 🤩 I digress to go on to other great features like gorgeous decor, kitchen stuff, rugs, Scooters coffee, Sees Candies, etc, etc. Really loved this place. Only wish I'd had more time to explore in there! Next time. 💯

One word...Overwhelming! Our 2nd time here, and I still can't get over the scale and size of this place! About a year ago, we purchased a Bassat leather couch from them, (so happy with the couch still, we had it delivered with zero issues btw), and this trip we came back to grab that matching recliner. Jeremy, our sales associate, was way cool, in the Holiday spirit, and laughed often. He wasn't pushy at all, and was quite pleasant to visit with as we closed the deal... in less than 9 minutes 👀 we knew what we wanted, and he didn't try to persuade us $ up, or add any other purchases to the sale. How refreshing! Very satisfied...again!
