Very thoughtful staff. My wife and I arrived 30mins before closing but staff was kind and didn’t make us feel rushed while we sampled and looked at all the furniture. They were able to look up our old order for our recliner so we’d have an easier time matching for our new piece of furniture with what was available in their warehouse.

We recently bought a new chair because we have had positive experiences with their recliners in the past. The process of getting it was less than ideal. We wanted to pick it up at the showroom but that wasn't possible because nobody at the store was able to help load it. My husband actually had to make an appointment to pick it up at the warehouse in Tualatin which is not very customer friendly.

Wow! If I could give negative stars I would. First… do not use the decorators. They are sales people in a decorator disguise. They talked me into items that were the wrong size for my space and aren’t even in the same palette (tones are incompatible). I paid extra for the upgraded pillows that are like two rocks. They didn’t disclose that the lamp I bought was a floor model and came with a melted shade because they put too hot of a bulb in it to have it look nice in the store. Luckily I bought the extended warranty because I’m on the second broken piece on one of my recliners and an ottoman that I have actually never used (almost $500) has had to have the wheel replaced. The most recent problem with my recliner has caused it to not work at all. I’ve been working with guardian for over a month to get the repair “approved”, a technician assigned and now they are scheduling out over two weeks. Buyer beware!!! They aren’t the same La-Z-Boy we used to think of that had quality items. BTW… I’ve purchased several pieces from Lamps Plus (lamps, lighting and chairs) and love the quality and style of everything I have purchased.
