Purchased 5 pieces of furniture in-store on January 30, 2022. Today July 7th, 5+ months later, our last piece of furniture delivered...in a box, unassembled. We NEVER expected to wait this long for our furniture and definitely didn't expect to put together our furniture from a box. We have 2 unopened boxes from Ashley, our TV stand and fireplace insert (delivered in March) that we are expected to assemble. Never again. I will never purchase from Ashley again.

Ordered a couch and was told it would take a month for the warehouse to receive with an estimated delivery date 1.5 months past purchase. The sales associate assured that it would be in warehouse 3 weeks ago. Now it’s been delayed another month with no delivery date in sight. I had to call and find this out on my own, and was not notified of the second delay. Ashley refuses to refund the delivery charges or offer any compensation for this discrepancy. Go elsewhere for your furniture needs unless you enjoy having your money taken with nothing to show for it but an empty living room.

If I was your best friend, and if I could encourage you to buy furniture somewhere else, I would. Seven months from purchase, I still do not have my furniture; every delivery schedule that they set has been missed; every opportunity to demonstrate competence has lead to a very miserable experience. So, even as a total stranger, I recommend you look somewhere else - these people aren’t running a furniture store, or rather, perhaps they don’t know how to run a furniture store, and there are plenty of others who do.

I ordered my Furniture in August 21, 2021 and still haven't received it. I know things are hard to get right now with all that is going on in the world. My first piece of furniture has been delivered, and it was the worst experience. Multiple confirmations via email and text, phone calls when I confirm online it should be enough. The first delivery driver couldn't figure out where to deliver to, I don't get cell service at work and happened to make a trip to the bank where the call came through. I tried to explain where to drop off the piece of furniture. We ended up having to get a third party on the phone to translate. After a long and frustrating what seemed like forever they were able to figure it out. I was supposed to get everything delivered in February, but a piece of my sectional was still on backorder. Fast forward to 3/15/22, I get the usual multiple emails for confirmation. No phone confirmation this time and they were supposed to deliver my furniture. It doesn't show up between the times they gave me. No phone call or email with the reasoning, 3/16/22 I got an email saying there was a snag up and to reschedule my delivery date. The next open available delivery date is not until 3/31/22. I'm very upset with how long this has taken again, I know it's not Ashley Furniture's fault entirely, but I'm also very frustrated with how everything is handled and the whole process of this all. If I did not live on a small island without access to a furniture store, I would have cancelled this order and never spent any more money with this company. This buying experience has been very, very frustrating. I would recommend this company 0/10.

Keep in mind that supply chains distuptions and raw material shortages are extensive right now globally in every sector. Patience will be your best friend.
Paid in July and still waiting! Partial order delivered with half items damaged, trying to get them to fix has been a nightmare as well...
