My wife and I bought entirely remotely without going to the store. Every detail was explained and our options were made super clear. During Covid we turned out guest room into a gym so it was important to be able to have a sleeper added to the couch, which can be hard to find for couches that are this nice! Of any company I’ve ever worked with, I have never received the level of customer service that I have from Perch. I have had a cooper sofa for several years now and recently got a matching chair. They are both what I consider to be functional pieces of art for your home.
