Yesterday I went around 10 o'clock a.m. to get a game system for my step son. I paid them that morning as soon as they opened!!!! Told me they couldn't deliver the game and TV until after 4pm! When I paid at 10a.m. so you telling me, you want me to sit at home until you come and I don't have a set time. NO! So I asked if I could get a call when they was in route to my house. Sandra said yes! Fiance was sitting right beside me. When she said it. So around 5 I hadn't heard from them and I was out getting my stepson. So like I said I CALLED THEM just to see when it was going to be delivered because, I didn't receive a call. Amber a grown woman who can't take criticism picks up. I tell her where I live and that I'm on my way home and when they delivery person was coming. She says he's in route I stated well I'm not there yet and would be able to wait since YOU sent him to my home without verification that I was there. Any real delivery company does that it's better for business and the customer too WHEN YOUR NOT GIVING A SET TIME.. I gave you a call just so I wouldn't miss you guys! SO she tell the store manager I gave her a hard time. Didn't! She said they don't do calls but oñ the paper that I missed them it said UPDATE MY NUMBER. WHAT THE HELL! I set everything in place so I could go get him and have the game there on time and it's your job to work for the people renting your stuff so why was it a problem to get a CALL. When I paid that morning BUT WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 4 for my items. I'll tell you why I AM BLACK. A lot of people fail to realize racism still exist! Too my BLACK COMMUNITY I WOULDN'T DARE GO THERE FOR NOTHING! To be honest your better off saving up for what you want instead of going through them. I just paid rent and everything so I didn't have all the money to get it at once. You end up paying four times what you would if you would just save all together. I'm only writing this because I was not wrong. I did my part and stayed and professional, they failed to do their end. Instead of just owning their mess up they decided too put it on me saying I gave them a hard time. If you notice a LOT of WHITE PEOPLE will never admit they're WRONG. Just find someone else to blame because, they can't take criticism , and once their feelings are hurt they cry wolf. Patheic, sad, and sickening. He was really look forward to the game. Now I'm the bad guy. GOD SITS HIGH AND WATCHING LOW. SO ILL LET GOD HANDLE THEM THE WAY HE SEE FITS!

The store manager and I had a moment one time but when I say this girl really works with you she really does .All these negative reviews about her saying she's rude and all that people have to understand that she has a job to do and a boss of her own to answer to. I have two items from rent a center with one paid off .She really does care about her customers and try her best to work with them ! I see myself being a customer for a while !

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store manager Merienda Jackson is a horrid, unreasonable and insensitive witch. I would love to say what she really is, but let's be professional. Especially seeing as how she doesn't know the meaning of the word. She will call every contact # you've left to gossip/tattle/share conversations you've had with her if she's offended, involving people she doesn't know, in her drama. Not to mention the non-stop harassing phone calls if you are a little late on a payment. Would not recommend ANYONE do business here. This woman should be fired for her behavior.

Idon't know why y'all having a problem finding a full size bed that we have been waiting on we are paid up until the 3rd of this month and we do not have nothing for my child to sleep on

Sad thing Joanne, Rent-A-Center is more equipped with bedding that is more set up for the majority size, which is queen. Some locations have children suits like bunk beds but not all locations do. And just looking for full size at other locations is hard because they dont stay stocked up with unlimited amounts because of storage, they have to search out and sadly can take awhile. If they ordered from the warehouse, it takes time to receive the product. Usually a couple to 3 weeks. Been a customer at the Broad st location for probably better of 10 years, im sure they are working diligently but maybe call and speak with Heather to see if she can find a solution for you.

Call miranda, she'll be happy to see what's going on with your delivery. They stay extremely busy and might just be running late. I'm sure they've got there by now.
