They left my sandwich out of the order, but the other items (parfait, big breakfast, & fries) were all in the bag. When I called to let the manager know, it sounded like she set the phone down and just walked away. I could hear all the sounds of the store but nobody was on the line. Great way to show you don't give-a-hoot!

I waited at the second window for 20 minutes to get my food drove off realized that none of my order was correct. Then on top of that both the doors are locked and the line is backed up so far and no one is moving that I can't get a refund or my order corrected it's ridiculous I will never go here again

Not great service though. It was because they were short staffed. The kiosk said they were out of buzz lightyear toys and the customer service rep acted like it was an inconvenience that I asked if that was correct.

Every time my fiancé and I go to this McDonald’s they take forever and when they bring your food to you something’s either missing or wrong. Also the management and employees have nasty attitudes. They aren’t nice at all. My fiancé had to tell one of the workers 3-4 times that something was wrong. Something needs to change.
