By far the worst location. As soon as I came in it was empty so of course I was excited. After standing in front of two clerks that didn't even acknowledged me entering I asked where do I sign in. I was asked my name then asked for a referral then if I gad insurance after I told them I was referred by the veterans administration ( im a veteran) the lady at the front desk looked and made a face like she was disgusted ( wow). Back to the referral, I told them I didn't have it and why would they confirm an appointment if they didn't have the referral automatically they got defensive and was extremely rude. I asked for the manager and they got upset once again because of that. As soon as I was speaking to the manager these unruly reptiionist were talking over the manager. Spoke to the Veterans Hospital so they won't send Veterans to this facility again. Retraining is needed. I get better service in the Bronx than this trashy place.

Dr Vastola was unprofessional and rude ! His assistant was miserable and never smiled! The staff was uncaring and not helpful!

After my covid shots I lost my hearing in my left ear. Today after many tests they will present a plan of action. Dr. Mike Amato is an ACE !
