I came 2 years ago and my experience was a great one. 2 years later I made an appointment for sinusitis, short wait in the waiting area but once inside is where the waiting game begins. 20-30 minute wait for doctor to come see you. He finally comes, apologizes for the wait. He’s a great doctor but: to get an appointment is a hassle because there’s never anything soon enough, he sent a culture to the lab and yes, he called me for the results. I go back in to his office on another day 2 weeks later, sends me for a CT Scan, they say that radiology is going to call me and no one does. I wind up making my own appointment for the exam. Now waiting for surgery date 🙏

The ladies at the front desk are very rude to patients, I work in urgent care and that is NOT how you speak to people whether you’re annoyed by their questions or not. They talk down to you like you’re dumb. Now, this didn’t happen to me but I did witness it happening to a few people in the past and it’s just not fair. We all come to you because we’re sick, try being more understanding and empathetic instead of talking amongst each other about your next nail appointment. Other than that, the wait time is quite long. You can have an appointment for 12:10 and someone else will be scheduled for 12:30. Leaving you 20 minutes to see the doctor… they’re always in a rush and don’t ever make anyone feel like they’re heard. I’ve come here plenty of times and it’s always the same nonsense. A wait in the waiting room and another wait in the actual room before the doctor walks in completely unorganized and in a rush. Poor service all around. I only come here because I live nearby. Otherwise, I wouldn’t even bother.

I love this place The doctors that see me is very nice and answer any questions you have without rushing you off.. so far I had good experience here
