Yes go to Spectrum and get a new box. Most important before you go schedule a reservation on line the store is very crowded for walk ins. You owe me for that one! Lol!

You bring your old one into any Spectrum office and they will replace it for you free of charge and put new batteries in it

I don't believe legally you can. Need to come it down. Canceled. Go to Spectrum, open a new account in your name. Unfortunately pay for it! Never pay for something not in your name. If they do something Illegal, you could be co- responsible. Lesson learned. But likely a good one.

You do not need an appointment. There is a line to wait to let you in and be attended. Remember 6ft distance
If your just paying a bill they have a kiosk machine, otherwise the wait time usually isn't that long.

yes it is a full service outlet for all drop off and pick up of equipment. paying for services and more. there is always a wait time here. it us suggested that you check in immediately via the iPad by the door as you enter.
