I have an appointment at 8:30 for swallowing test I came around 8:00 early, I told the receptionist I have a swallowing test in 10 union square and she check and say not you don’t have an appointment here a told again please check because when they did the confirmation they told me clearly 10 union square but anyway I follow her directions and went to 310 East 14 street then when I came they say not your appointment is not here unfortunately all staff for both places not check the information correctly and they say go to 380 2nd Ave 9 th floor again then they say the same your appointment is not here it’s 10 union square but at least very polite the 380 staff print for me the information and Finally go back to 10 union square the radiologist staff excellent!

Yes, you sometimes have to wait, but once you see the staff they are very professional. Dr. Culang got the correct diagnosis and Sandra de la Pena (sp) is a great audiologist and I got the best hearing aides. Recommend
