They are sneaky with billing, be very careful!!!My first & only visit, I was initially being treated like I didn't want to pay or something. He made sure the copay was paid upfront. I felt like the heavy set, white guy with glasses was judging me right off the back, but I paid without an issue & brushed his attitude off. I had a pleasant visit and even recommended it. I also had intentions of returning, but for allergies. NOT ANY MORE!!!!! Then I kept receiving a bill for my copay which I paid upfront & had proof. Make long story short, I made & paid for my appt. with Dr. Lopez ONLY for hearing. I was charged for himself & Kelly "audiologist" whom was the "assistant" or atleast the impression they leave you with. The guy I spoke with from billing was very passive aggressive & told me I was being charged for the office visit on top of my appt., he couldn't comprehend my issue with that in itself. In my 45 yrs. I've never heard of such an underhanded way to make $ especially from a doctor's office. I'm disgusted at their trickery towards their community. I'm currently appealing this charge and only came to find out about Kelly through my insurance. Obviously the intentions was to pay the copay upfront, not to later be billed but because of their trickery it all makes sense.

11/4/21 As a new patient first impressions are important to me. I had an appointment and arrived half an hour earlier. There were not many patients. You wait on line to be called and the front desk takes your information and temperature read and have a seat to be called. Other patients started arriving but seating was limited and some patients had to stand or wait outside office. As I sat there for an hour the young people were talking about a rude patient and they were back and forth with this issue in front of other patients. in addition they would laugh out loud then listen to music and sing this was very unprofessional. I finally got to see Dr. Lopez and that I would say was the best experience . Excellent and caring human being.

Yes, they do the consultation in-office and the actual procedure in one of their locations.

What does an appointment cost here? Insurance or cash price? I am always suspicious when the office staff can't tell you. They did say they offered a 30% discount for cash but couldn't say what it was.

Thanks Alex, by cash I mean self pay, more like a credit or hsa card.. By suspicious I mean suspicious of the price. Generally when they can't tell you it means they are above market. I wouldn't ask if they were not well rated. FYI, Most every Doc office has a self pay price because insurance jacks up the price for their discount. This one said 30%' Let me re-phrase: Has anyone been there and knows what an office visit is billed at?
