The food was nasty the prices are outrageous and to top it off the ladies in the front have very nasty attitudes always just rude for no reason. I'll never support this establishment again and will tell everyone I kno not to. Wish I could give them zero stars.

I've been buying food from Roys since 2014, the prices have gone up and customer service has gone down. The food is pretty good, but sometimes the emotional charge on top of the money just isnt worth it. I dont understand how the food is all cooked, but it still takes 20 minutes for them to put it on a plate. Yet they refuse to take pick up orders over the phone.. dont even call, thats just asking to get vexxed. The women in front are so rude for absolutely no reason.
