Stopped here on a vacation with zero expectation. I've always suffered from back pain, and ill fitting bras. I've been measured back home but it wasn't right. The lady took one measurement and KNEW my size! She was helpful, knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, I ended up needing to do a return and it was a simple hassle free exchange. Since purchasing my 7 bras I haven't had any back pain. They are so comfortable, and look really nice. My only complaint is it's so far from home to shop! And there's no website to make purchases. I'll definitely be making another trip down for bathing suits and lingerie! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Just go! You won't regret it!!! Thank you again!

Be 100% sure you won’t want to return your bras before you leave the store. They will find the smallest thing wrong with the bra and refuse to take them back. I decided to splurge and get a real bra fitting. I went home with 2 bras for $141. I wore both bras around the house for maybe 4 hours each. Both were not fit correctly to me, so the underwires were rubbing my armpits and the sticking out into the front of my shirt. I brought them both back. They found a few dark pills from the shirt I was wearing one, and a thread sticking out on the other. They said both were unsellable and refused to take them back. So now I’m stuck with two bras that are very uncomfortable (let’s remember that they fit me for them- I did not pick them myself). Very disappointing. I will not be shopping here again. I’ll drive to the specialty bra shop in Manchester VT from now on. Lastly, the receipt should state something about condition. I met the terms of their returns as stated on the receipt. Edit - I appreciate the below response from the owner. I agree you should be happy with a bra before you go home with it, but it’s really hard to figure out if a bra is really comfortable when only standing in the dressing room and not moving around. I guess where I’m really coming from is what are you supposed to do when you’ve truly only worn a bra for a few hours and it already shows “damage” after those few hours to the point that you are now stuck with them and can’t return them. I’d completely understand if I wore the bra throughout those 30 days and try to return them. I’ve written to the manufacturers of both bras and hope to resolve it with them. Also, you cut the tags off and keep them at the store so it almost feels like you are trapping someone into keeping the bras no matter what. A disclaimer should be added to your receipts that you reserve the right to refuse returns based on condition.

I went in for a fitting, and left with a brand new brassiere and pj's! The woman was very nice, and very helpful she knew exactly what she was doing. She folded my items and wrapped them in tissue paper ☺️ very gorgeous upscale lingerie.

All employees and customers wear masks at all times. We wipe down all surfaces touched by anyone after every single interaction. All clothing tried on and not purchased is set aside to be thoroughly disinfected and is not restocked for 2 full business days. We provide hand sanitizer to be used by every visitor at the entrance and we have complimentary masks if anyone should forget to bring one. We limit the number of customers in the store to 4 even though we have enough space to handle far more and still practice safe social distancing. We perform temperature checks for all visitors upon entry, and our staff is temperature checked through the day. We also keep a visitor log in the event contact tracing should be needed. Some of our customers are elderly, immune compromised, and/or cancer survivors, and that makes us feel the need to be extra cautious. The safety of our customers and our staff is the top priority at Madame Pirie.
Bra fitting service is always free. You only pay for the bras you purchase.
We accept returns on items, but only in exchange for store credit. We do not resell returned lingerie, so this needs to be our policy since we incur losses on returned items.
