If you want an agency that cares, definitely go to signature care, I was referred by a friend to apply for HHA job, I was helped every step of the way, this girl Penina was intouch with me every day making sure everything was okay, sweetest girl ,she even gave me a ride to the agency because I was lost and didn't know how to get there,it was boiling hot to walk for 20 minutes,I never even met her in person before,talk about service

Very frustrating dealing with this company. My wife is a certified caregiver and was looking for another agency to sign up with to get more cases for work. My wife called them and kept getting put on hold and transferred between different people for 10 minutes, only to finally get a voicemail. I then tried to call them and was more assertive with them, explaining that my wife just wasted 10 minutes and ended up getting a voicemail. At first I thought they'd answer the simple question of whether or not my wife could stop by for an interview, and sadly they did the same thing to me, kept putting me on hold 3 or 4 times, transferred me over 2 times, and in the end I got a voicemail. My wife wasted 10 minutes, and then I wasted 10 minutes. This is the first time this has happened to me, as I've called other agencies before and we'd get a straight answer right there and then, no being put on hold, no transfers, no voicemails. I don't know how efficient the company is as far as actual caregiving, but their customer service is frustrating to deal with.
