If there were a half star thats what they would get. I made an appointment for williamstown pepboys took my vehicle in on friday afternoon to have them do a engine diagnostics test. First start everyday car is hesitant. The package is $99.99 I was told i didn’t have an appointment with williamstown i must of called Turnersville no i called williamstown its closer to where i live. They didn’t start supposedly till Saturday morning looking at it. Got txt message 8am estimated time for pick up 10am. We go there at 10:30 to be told don’t know who told you 10 car is just being looked at. Well got txt to prove. All thru day getting txt that are talking about my brakes and air filter and belts need to be replaced with note saying can’t duplicate customer concern. We call to tell them concern is not brakes or any of the other stuff but hesitation in starting to be told by same ignorant man,we will call u when car is done every time my husband went to say thats not the issue we heard we will call u when car is done he was very ignorant. We left car with them Saturday night. Sunday went to pick my car up decided to go directly over to mechanic and ask if he had a hard time starting to which he adamantly said no issue starting. We described again issue he was going to now check fuel line and pump. Received a call an hour later that my fuel pump is ready to go. Im coming in to pick my car up, don’t do any work on it. I got there to pick my car up. Oh also had two front tires balanced. Charged 153.63 the $99.99 for evaluation 35.88 for balancing a $9.99 shop fee for using their facility REALLY and tax. The guy checking us out tells me i need a new fuel pump the mechanic said he had a hard time starting car this am. I said funny i was here at 8:30 and when straight to your mechanic who told me he had NO problem starting my car. The guy gave me such a dirty look. WON’T BE DOING BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN. FIRST TO BE CALLED A LIAR ABOUT APPOINTMENT AND TXT NOW SOMEONE IS LYING ABOUT STARTING. I WOULD SUGGEST BETTER ATTITUDES TOWARD CUSTOMERS. WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS BUT REALLY YOUR GONNA LOSE A LIT OF BUSINESS.
