Juniper Village at Williamstown

Juniper Williamstown was a great place but has been declining the past few years. Attention to special care has been below average, social activities for the resident have been limited, and the CNAs (if they are even certified) seem to be inexperienced causing concerns for residents with residents. Administration seems to turn their heads when issues arise or they choose to address them with lame excuses. I have read other reviews similar so felt comfortable expressing my opinion too. I did address my concerns to their corporate office and we will see if it gets better. Maybe they will turn it around especially since it is very costly commitment. If I see an improvement in the next few months I will submit another review. August 2022. Worst than ever. Incompetence on every level. Phones never answered. Carpeting is disgusting, neglect of residents and always short staffed. Director are inexperienced and inconsiderate. All the good people left, now we know why. Close weekends per google site??

Great community and staff. They go above and beyond for their residents. I would highly recommend anyone looking for assisted living or memory care in the area.

Hello ..My father William Hamilton was a resident at Juniper ..My father Loved this place . He passed away March of 2009 ..They kept him Happy ...Clean and the staff always checked on him ...He had some depression along the way and they all became his friend ...He Loved his Breakfast time and the Chef ...They became close and he made him all his favorites..When he passed I told them to save a room for me because I will be back ❤

I celebrated my tenth anniversary with Juniper Village at Williamstown this past November. They say if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life. I absolutely love what I do, we have an awesome team at Williamstown! I have had many grandparents and I've loved each and everyone of them!! I look forward to the next 10 years!!
