My experience at Aspen Dental located at 13730 Millerville Greens Blvd., off 1-12 in Baton Rouge Louisiana was the worst dental service that I've ever experienced. The x-ray technician was careless and unsanitary. She went back & fourth constantly adjusting & touching the x-ray tool in my mouth while maneuvering the x-ray machine all at the same time. Totally "UNPROFESSIONAL", "UNSANITARY" and "NASTY". I waited three hours to see the Dr. as if I had no appointment, or as if I was a walk-in, or as if I was getting free service. After finally getting my tooth extracted, I was not given a prescription for severe pain which is expected after tooth surgery, but instead was told to continue taking Ibuprofen and tylenol for pain in which I did. However, after the anesthesia wore off, I was in severe pain and called Aspen Dental several times to ask for a prescription for a stronger pain medication before they closed and nevertheless they never answered the phone neither did they call me back. Furthermore, I made several attempts to call the after hours emergency number for assistance, and they never answered the phone. I got no response from either service provider as stated in the Post Op Instructions. Therefore, this was the worst dental experience that I encountered.
