Dr Robertson and his assistant Stella are a welcomed change. The office and staff were much nicer and quieter. I was advised of the procedure and results. Although they could not replace the Imbutment because the information I had furnished them since January was not in my record anywhere. Erick and Dr Burney were aware and had information of the implant and failed to order the necessary tool/or whatever was needed to replace the imbutment. Stella was given the information and entered it immediately in two places in my chart. I was much more comfortable and less irritated when leaving this visit.

This was my first visit to get a view on getting dentures..the staff of ladies were very nice from the front desk to the X-ray ladies..the Dentist was very thorough in explaining the procedures that will be done..very patient not rushing thru the answers..making sure I understood what would happen..can’t wait to get my dentures and see the results..
