I have been going to this place for the past 2 years and it has been good so far until now when i tried to go for my schedule dental cleansing. My first appt was not confirmed (which was my fault) but i still got texts daily and even the morning of the appointment - so i went and the receptionist told me that since i didn’t confirm the appointment they went ahead and gave my timeslot to someone else. I wished i would have gotten notice of cancellation. So i went ahead and rebooked. Today i get there at 12:50 pm (they don’t open the doors until after 1 pm due to their lunch break) for my 1 pm appointment, waited approximately 20 minutes and the receptionist tells me my insurance is not accepted and that i may have to reschedule because the hygenist has another upcoming appointment with another patient. What a waste of my time. I work nights and it is inconsiderate and impolite how she says i have to reschedule. How about not booking appointments so close together and having more people check patients in. Rediculous!!
