Rare to see someone go the extra mile these days, but these guys did for my daughter who really needed a battery asap! I called 20 minutes before closing, they were admittedly down staffed, and still pulled out the battery she needed even though they knew she wouldn’t get there until 5 minutes before closing. She said he (Henry?) was very nice and had her back on the road 10 minutes after closing! Thanks again for restoring my faith in mankind…

Good hearted people they work hard and try to help you as best they can, usually have what I need when i go in there. Could be a 5 star if they had a couple more employees that know a little more about what's in the store and where it is in the store but all in all a good autozone

I came in to get wipers for my car today, I asked the lady at the front desk for assistance. As she was looking up my wipers she was in a phone call and totally forgot about me, I asked another employee for help, his name was James and he was great. He even replaced my wipers for me with no hesitation! They need to get rid of that lady, she has no customer service professionalism and had no respect for me.
