DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS BANFIELD LOCATION AS EVERY EMPLOYEE WHO WORKS THERE IS RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. I signed up for a monthly payment through them with the wellness plan every month I pay and they continually tell me I do not pay every time I go into the facility. I have to call the billing department every time to tell me that I did pay and to not listen to the front desk I also have payment proof on my bank account to prove it. The front desk is rude, incompetent, and always a new person at the desk. Another disappointment was that I was told my dog could get a dental cleaning through my plan and I asked twice if there was a charge and are we sure it’s covered repeatedly was told yes it’s covered. Two days before my appointment I called to double check no payment is necessary the girl said let me check information was given she said no. I go in this morning for my appointment for the lady to tell me it is not covered and I owe out of pocket or I can join a different plan. I am furious this place is ridiculous no one knows what the hell they are doing everyone has a different answer no one is helpful and everyone is so rude. I missed work for this appointment for this none sence. I will make sure everyone knows how mistreated I was and will never return and advise a lot of people to never come here.

**Update I sent an email to them as their response asks, I gave them my contact info. They never contacted me ends up they contacted my wife and now the situation is even worse do not get conned into the Wellness plan you will regret it. Believe me it does not get better** #1 - you will be waiting 30 mins to drop off pick up or anything almost #2 - Wrote a RX, we requested a refill. They didnt even know what they wrote the RX for. I get RX finally and it is wrong the pharmacy said they do not make it in that size. Also the dose is half of what it was and it was working. #3 - Money grab, dog has diabetes Blood Sugar High in July(we were told it was fine) in December she is very lethargic and drinking a lot. Get a RX for Insulin. We are required to come back every 2 weeks for glucose tests. On the 3rd visit I confronted about dosage they started her out on a 1/4 of the recommended dose from the MFG. 3rd trip finally gave us a dose within the MFG guidelines. those visits were $148ea. (Comparison Emergency Vet Charged $20 for a glucose test.) SO Our monthly fee for a wellness plan is worthless the cost to get services elsewhere are almost half the cost they entice you with a 20% discount on covered services but rarely cover anything but standard stuff which would cost half at another vet.

They NEVERR answer their phones, the women that work there are not the friendliest people. They book appts and change them w/o telling you.
