Staff was very helpful and showed us to our storage unit on our check in day! They also showed us exactly how to use the lock, broke down the rules, & were very friendly. The unit and the entire place was very clean and secure (with cameras & access pins throughout.)

Update after moving out: The personnel who assisted me continued to be helpful and knowledgeable. Christine was personable and helpful. I have to say they made the difference. Also, the facility was clean and well-lit and I felt safe. Christine made it easy to close out my account, :-) Moving can have its challenges, moving during a pandemic is challenging. I'm happy to have found CubeSmart in Stoneham when I was looking for a storage facility. 1) Price 2) Clean 3) Staff :-) Christine is super helpful! -helpful -knowledgeable -caring 4) Location And, a bonus fifth, a truck that I could borrow to move my possessions! Using CubeSmart has, thus far, eased some of the challenges associated with moving.

Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
