Excellent work. Friendly service people. Service advisor took the time to explain what and why repairs need to be completed. I had previously used an independent garage using non Ford parts. This was OK till I needed a belt pulley tensioner, that repeatedly failed after several replacements. Went to Stoneham ford, explained situation, replaced the pulley with a genuine Ford part, no problems going into my third year. Well worth the piece of mind for doing the repairs correctly the first time!

I made an appointment for a transmission check more than a month ago since tech was all booked until today. I also called 2 days before my appointment and confirmed my appointment time and asked how long should I be in the service. They said first come first serve. It does not make sense since I made an appointment for 7:30. Anyway, I took my vehicle in service ontime. They could not find my appointment. Then said that the tech on vacation. When I questioned about how is that be posiable, they said, you can leave your vehicle but it might takes months before someone look at it. They asked me where did I buy it. I mentioned a dealer name and they said take it there. They made all the money out of me and they are responsible fixing it. When I told then that they don't have technician in house, they said they are laying. I don't want to make much comment about the level of customer service, however I am regret to buy a Ford vehicle and had to deal this type of people. Best

Called to have a 2022 F-150 ordered. Was informed by a salesperson that there would be a $2500 increase to the MSRP because of the truck shortage. Mind you this was to be a custom factory order, an order they don't already have, not a truck on the lot. So you mean to tell me, your gonna charge me an extra $2500 over MSRP for a truck that the dealership isn't paying more for just because you think you can gouge people right now? Wow, cant imagine why car dealers get a bad rap. Tell you what guys, when the pandemic shortage is finally over, I still won't give you my business. Terrible business practices guys, way too greedy! ________________________________________________________ Update to my review from 2 months ago. I spoke to the manager at Stoneham Ford, he explained how justified their pricing was LOL, ya right. Purchased my Ford truck custom build from PORTSMOUTH FORD. They offered $1500 off from Ford plus another $1000 from the dealer and no document fees. And get this.....posted it on their website. NO....EXTRA....MARKUP GUYS! Been awhile since I sang the praise of a car dealer but hey, when they do good they do good! I hope everyone remembers the people that tried to take advantage of this pandemic and respond with their feet and wallets! Update: glad to see my review has over 3k views. #gifethatkeepsgiving

Picked up our second dump truck we have purchased from Stoneham Ford. Truck was registered and all ready to go. Chris was very helpful, make sure to ask for him if you’re buying a vehicle. Overall great friendly staff. Great experience.

I don't see anything like that on their place
Unfortunately we do not have an inspection bay in the Quick Lane department, however you can stop by the sticker bay after your oil change and we would be more than happy to take care of it for you. Thank you!
