This is a great local gym. It is large and has plenty of equipment. Their busiest times tend to start around 6pm on the weekdays. They have plenty of sanitizing stations throughout the gym if you are interested in wiping down the equipment pre or post use. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and having a smoothie bar inside is a nice perk. The gym trainers are very knowledgeable and worth the price if you are looking for someone to help you with your workout routine.

I love the combat classes offered here such as Mercedes Kickboxing/boxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursday’s. She teaches us great techniques and we get an amazing workout in. I’m down 40 pounds and feeling better now then ever before. I also enjoy Mark,Christopher and Lirons classes as well! Thanks to the amazing coaches!

They over charged me for my Personal Training sessions (over $600) which were supposed to be refunded last year in August, still to this day I am still waiting for my money. Even before they finally agreed to correct their mistake, it was difficult to receive any actual help. The coach who I was working with was kind but was of no real use as everything has to get approved by the supervisor despite it being her fault. Trying to get a supervisor to assist me was a joke. So I cancelled my membership and was told that because I wasn’t a member there was nothing to be done - WTH? I finally got in touch with the person who does the billing and, well, I’m still waiting as a check needs to be sent. Point is, as for gym equipment average. Classes are good but fill up quick and not many are offered compared to pre-Covid. Personal trainers are good and helpful but pricey and then when mistakes happen you’re left holding the bag so think about it 1st.

I want to take this time to give UFC Gym Rosemead a BIG THANK YOU for being such an amazing, clean, friendly and welcoming gym. From management down the line everyone that works there is just wonderful. A special shout out to Vanessa for being so amazing with my kiddos. They just love you so much and it’s nice that they love coming with me because of how amazing everyone there is. Thank you Jason and Trish for managing this gym so well and hiring the wonderful staff you have.
