Paid $860 for a room and got scammed by the girl that was subleasing to me. Instead of dealing with her they trespassed me and locked my stuff into the room and evicted me with no notice. I had to call the police on them the next day because they refused to let me get my things. The girls that work in the leasing office are just college students. Not much older than most of us living at the apartments… The unprofessionalism I dealt with when it came to the leasing office was absurd and unsettling. They targeted me because they’re were friends with the girl that scammed me. SIDNEY POPE or however you spell the girls name was the most unprofessional of them all. I am still unsure how she even secured the ‘assistant manager’ position. She wouldn’t understand what professionalism was if it hit her in the face. I called Corporate to launch a formal complaint and I just want everyone to know that SOVA is the worst place on hidden forest court to live. And the leasing agents are the most unprofessional people you’ll meet. I do help she was dealt with but I doubt it because it seems like how they were acting was a normal thing. She had a nasty attitude. She’s dark skin and wears faux locs. If you ever see her on the clock when you visit the leasing office… RUN. The building manager was also useless as well. And I will be seeing them in court.

Makayla has helped me throughout the entire process and has been so sweet and kind. Every time I call about a work order, anything pertaining to my ledger or any other concerns, she immediately assist me. She is extremely professional and consistent . When leasing here, I highly recommend working with her !

The apartment complex is very loud at night regardless of if it’s finals week or halfway through the semester. A lot of times I would call the security team and they would quiet it down, but at least twice I called the security team and all …We appreciate all reviews and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback.
