STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS They say pressure wash your house. You do it. A month later they say they've been charging you $25 a day for not pressure washing. You pressure wash again. Another month goes by, you find out they've charged you another $25 a day. You hire a professional. You think, maybe I'm not doing a good job or something. Another month goes by. They're charging you $25 a day. You say to yourself, this is insanity. I've done what they have asked each time as soon as they have said something. You email them and they say you have not pressure washed and it is your fault for not communicating with them. So you paint your entire house and you email them back so they can remove the charges. They refuse to remove the charges, as if $25 a day is reasonable, even if you weren't pressure washing your house 3 months in a row and then eventually going above and beyond to get the whole house painted, all the while 50% of the houses in the neighborhood are in dire need of pressure washing. Then they do this same thing with 2 or 3 other seemingly arbitrary things. You do them, they say they're still charging you. You do it again. They say they're still charging you. You do it a 3rd time. They're still charging you, and now they've filed an $8,000 lien on your house. As if they somehow are based in reality and that's a reasonable thing to do when you've even gone and communicated with them and they have ignored your emails, dodged your phone calls, refuse to meet with you in any capacity, and all the while you've done everything they have asked 3 or 4 times over, and half the neighborhood has all of the issues they have brought to you still existing, not addressed at all. STAY AWAY!!!!

I live in a non HOA but the person who I am friends with lives in one of the HOA that this company manages. He has gave me a ear full for the last 7 years he has lived in the subdivision. He stated that this management company has been untruthful and tries to say the HOA makes all decisions and that they just send out the letters. He found out that is not true. He stated that two people in the office named Amanda and Doris has not been upfront and truthful. He stated the Board has no clue what Amanda and Doris have or haven't approved and what letters went out. I told him to get the H$LL out of that subdivision and do not buy in any subdivision that this company manages. I would not buy anything from a blatant liar. No wonder this company has poor reviews. FYI BE AWARE PER MY FRIEND THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. This company will let your subdivision be run down and destroyed as they do not want to pay or ask for repairs so as to keep paying themselves more and more fees.

No stars.. This realtor lies. They will say that they do not make any decisions or do any inspections of any homes in any subdivision that they manage but Amanda Taylor lies. She is the one that does this and the HOA has no idea about anything. Amanda Taylor is a liar and I would not trust this company to sell a home to me or even be a management company for my HOA as I need someone to be truthful not a LIAR. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL. READ ALL THE POOR REVIEWS. Of course the owner has a come back because the poor ratings are hurting his company. Then he needs to open his eyes and see he has liars in his office that cannot be trusted at all. Thank God I own a home outside a subdivision but my salon person I go to for my personal beauty needs has gave me an ear full about this Management Company and how they lie to everyone and cannot be trusted.
