Plus, we don't sell produces, we provide a service and therefore don't make any commissions. That way it keeps our motives pure. And it's been that way since we started in 2004.

For a first meeting with one of our financial advisors, the best items to bring are statements to your investable assets that you are considering for professional investment management and your most recent tax return. You are welcome to bring anything else you'd like to discuss. However, we have found that those two items can be the most helpful.

Thank you so much for asking, Herman! When it comes to trusting someone else to manage your investments and financial plan, many potential clients prefer to meet us in-person. However, we are more than happy to meet virtually. We do have clients in over 22 states and many clients that prefer to meeting virtually after meeting us in-person and therefore, we have a lot of experience meeting remotely.

Thank you so much for the great question, Channa! We typically survey all our ongoing management clients every January. In 2020, we had a 99% satisfaction rate. We also ask some open-ended questions in that survey. Our team reads through those responses very carefully, looking for ways we can continue to improve our value, so we can deliver the best client experience possible.

We simply provide investment management, financial advice, and financial planning services. If a client is looking for a product, we do have a great network of professionals that can help. However, we do not get any kickbacks for recommending them.
