I'm a child and, I have witnessed the worst. My parents were mistreated by a lady. She worked in the passport desk. She was so mean, disrespectful, and she seemed like this had happened before. She was comparing herself as a "doctor". I know many doctors in my life and they are really kind, respectful, and caring. She was none of those traits. She was yelling at us, I never felt so embarrassed in my life. I'm a 12 year old turning 13, I was crying at night because of this incident. I never in my life have I ever wanted to disrespect my elderly. I wanted to yell at her back, make her feel her own medicine. Oh by the we wanted to make a appointment at 3:45 and she clicked on 3:30 on "accident". The day on our appointment we came on 3:35. She said that you guys are late, I mean it's just 5 minutes late. She started to talk how late you are and you have to come here on time. I wanted to tell her that we wanted to make a appointment for 3:45 and how you mis-clicked. I was scared, she was yelling at us, I was about to cry. Just writing about this, makes me want to tear up. If I ever see her again I will make sure to stand up for myself. I hope this lady gets fired. She is a mistake, a disappointed. I feel bad for the company, they must feel embarrassed right now. I mean they should. Thats all I have to say. I hope I get a apology from the passport lady. :)

I went to apply for a passport. I had no idea what I was doing. One woman behind the counter tried to reassure me I would be ok. The lady that does the passports was wonderful. She had to take another picture. Best picture of me I've had in awhile. I highly recommend. I wish I knew their names. Thank you so much

I would ask the workers inside of the facility. Recently I had an 'update information form' inside of my box. It asked me for two forms of ID, so I would assume so.
I was getting mail in my PO Box for someone I didn't know that was using my box number. I took it to a clerk and told her I don't know this person. Haven't received another letter

If the mailbox is at your complex, you should be able to get your mail carrier to get it out. But again if it is at the complex they should have access. But as Tammi said, or go to the post office for your zip code, especially if it was supposed to be delivered at your home address.
