Today on my way home from work I decided to stop in for a touch up at 6:25. I know it was close, but 10min and I'm done. I walk in and greeted with smile and sorry but we're not taking anymore. I explained that the app said walk-ins welcome. The stylist behind her snapped back "No, the app said to call first". So yeah, I doubt I'll be going back again. That means my 2 sons and brother won't be either. Oh well.
