So, I called the day before I came and asked if they took walk ins and was told they do but they suggested an appointment so I wouldn't be waiting for a long time because they were busy. I opted not to do an appointment because I was coming from another appointment I wasn't sure when it would be done. At this current moment I am at the Brazilian Wax by Andreia at this location and I got here around 11:15am it's currently 11:40am. There is no one (customers) in this lobby and the lady at the front desk is on her cell phone. I understand the ability to make an appointment but if you take walk ins I'm confused why you would have someone waiting. I didn't plan to get here until about 12:30pm so I'm curious to see how long I'm going to be waiting. I know one thing. I'll never come to this location again.

I love Fernanda! I've been going to her for a long time. She's the sweetest. I called to make an appointment and asked for my usual person. I was told she wouldn't be in and I said that was fine. I just didn't want to go to the person I went to in the past because I had a bad experience and I asked for someone just as good as the person I normally go to. The front desk receptionist was rude, overtalked me, told me to stick with my usual person and also said she wasn't going to debate with me. Due to this, I will never go back. I will not spend my money somewhere where I'm not appreciated and down talked.

I LOVE this place! Emily is super sweet and professional! After a bad experience elsewhere I was iffy about getting waxed again but this was amazing! 10/10!
