Questions & Answers

I have to wait hours to get some one on the phone. Terrible service... Ask for 16 E- tanks and they say they will only deliver 2E-tanks. Therefore, I cannot leave home my home

Terrible phone service, I'm sure people are dying without the required oxygen being delivered. They told me to just stay home. I cannot go to doctor appt. Church, grocery store, out to eat, or mailbox. All I want from them is just to fill the 20 E-tanks I have and they offer two. Something has got to be done with this company. Filed a complaint with Medicare

Why do you never pick up your phone? How many hours should we hold? Is your company trying to make a record on how many hours you can put your customers on hold??

You just need a little patience or leave your name & number & they will return your call within 24 hours - they always have mine! They serve alot of people & we all need to remember that the world doesn't stop for us! Breathe easy!
