Randall Brothers (previously PMC) is a great build supply distributor with wonderful staff and a great selection of basics and specialty items. The counter guys are always helpful, knowledgeable, and work incredibly hard to keep up with the high demand for sales advice. I have enjoyed the help and support from the counter and their direction to improve my projects. Their lumber is superior to many other retailers, the selection for trex and timbertech is impressive, and they have better lead times and delivery to many others.

My Contractor had Randall Brothers provide a bid for windows. As we are replacing 30 windows, I went to the Marietta showroom to see the windows for myself. Got there right at 7. Folks behind the counter pretty much ignored me. Finally, Tom asked if he could help. I showed him the 2 Randall Brothers bids and asked to see the windows. He gave me verbal directions, but clearly, as there are MANY displays of windows, and I wasn't not clear which were which, he did get up off his stool and show me where they were, then walked off. I went back and asked for clarification as the window number on my bid did not match any of the numbers on the windows in the showroom. Another guy near by showed me what that meant. I also asked about the warranty ..his comment, "Look at the glass." I did, and did not see this information. His tone, body language, and lack of help left no doubt that I was a complete bother--even though he saw my window bids were 10K and 20K. I told my contractor about him and told him if they did not have a relationship with Randall Brothers, I would have walked out and spent my 10-20K elsewhere. Then I got on-line to leave a review and see that this is a systemic problem with Randall Brothers. Blake Butler, the manager, replies politely to all the negative comments...but clearly, that's not helping the problem. Blake, train your folks to provide customer service--and you should expect them to provide excellent service to every customer-- or fire them.
