She was quick, and kept me updated on the progress of my hair as she was doing it, but once I got home and noticed that one half of my hair was long waist length and the other half was almost mid back length. It's very hard to style them.

They didn't have the color I wanted for my braids, even though she called an hour before to confirm and prepare the hair. I could've picked up the color myself but they didn't say anything until I got there and she started. The briads are nice but not the color I wanted at all, they're black not brown.

The salon is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. I had to wait an hour after my appointment for my stylus to show up because whoever makes the schedule told my stylist that I was coming in at three but I informed them that I could not come in before my appointment time which was 330. Then I was left in the salon by myself myself for around an hour. I just got my hair braided on Wednesday it is now Friday and I can see where my hair is coming out of the braids already. I’ve worn a bonnet for the last two days and my braids are already fuzzy. I used the promo code on their website to get 10% off your first visit and I never received that as well as when I texted a style photo I never got a quote price so I assume they would be the same as like the base price listed on the website only to be told it was going to be $80 more than that .
