I can always find what I’m looking for in a pinch. However on this last trip which was a weekday mid afternoon the line was really long. There was one guy on the register who wasn’t in any hurry. I counted at least two other employees on the floor putting items on the racks. Are these employees not cross trained to help in these situations? Needed my pants last minute or I would have headed out. I ended up staying in line much too long.
