Rodale was the perfect venue for our wedding. Shawn and Angela were so helpful and really made the day a little less hectic. Having the venue for the weekend to set up and tear down made it less stressful and allowed it to be time for our family to be together. Everyone raved about how beautiful the location was. Its a large area, I'm not sure there would be a problem. There are livestock in nearby fields occasionally, which would be the only concern.
It is my understanding that you have to get your lot perk test first before building a structure. I will always suggest getting a water purifier for your home due to the metals that are in ground water. This would eliminate stain rings in your toilet bowl and stop calcium buildup in your faucets and shower heads.
