Let me give you the numbers. One pair from Lenscrafters $675.00. Four pairs of stylish glasses including sunglasses and transition lenses at Warby Parker is $775.00. AND the staff took me early and was polite and helpful. Jeff followed me around like I was important . AND the doctor was funny and cool AND they ship to your house. GO TO WARBY PARKER!!

My experience stunk. I work in the area and purchased a pair of glasses earlier in 2021. Great service that time. This time awful service by a distracted salesperson who wanted to service different clients ie white clients. The sales person it seems on purpose ship my order to another state. “Accidentally “ didn’t take my email address down so I could not receive tracking information. Warby Parker , can you inform your salesperson that everyone should have equal service??

I'm not sure if they can provide you the prescription even though they do keep it in there system, but you can always call to make sure. Also the prescription for glasses and contact lenses are different.
I got my glass from your store one or two years ago.The glasses are scratched and I would like to change glasses only because I like the frame very much because it is light. Is it possible. Chung yun Kim.Thank you.
