If there is an option for zero star I will choose to give zero star. Today my Mom and I went Optical 88 thinking to buy a pair of glasses for my Mom. Since my Mom is a new immigrant and doesn’t speak English. I asked the guy politely “ Do you speak Mandarin?” , he replied me “Do you speak English?” . I could not comprehend the reason he asked me that question. I am there trying to buy a pair of glasses for my Mom and she could not communicate with English. That is only a question for me to ask , why he replied with “Do you speak English?” What is that even mean? Very bad sales attitude! I would not recommend this place for anyone ! They discriminate you when you don’t speak English or Cantonese. That says a lot about their ethics and morality.
