My wife and I have been coming to Metro Optics Eyewear in Park chester since about 2000 and we can truly say that there is no better customer service team than what they have. Even though some of the personnel are new, they know how to pick the best ones for the job. And that is not mentioning the opticians that have been doing a great job with their way of explaining and checking our records, their wonderful demeanor and expertise. Truly outstanding and worth coming to again and again. Please don't stop doing what you do for the community.

I went for the first time on Friday and the customer service was amazing. The girls at the front are super nice and professional. The doctor is amazing. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I received a call yesterday. That my glasses were ready for pick up. Overall, I recommend this optical 100/10. It was my first time getting glasses and they made me feel really comfortable!

Customer service is so bad. I think those worker in there don’t want come to do business with them. Even Manager are very Rude. Please avoid this store .

We are happy to accommodate walk-ins if our doctor’s schedule allows, however we strongly recommend making an appointment whenever possible (especially during the busier months of April and May), as confirmed appointments receive priority.

Outside of that, we're also happy to provide complimentary services such as replacing a lost screw or nosepad, etc. If your glasses are in need of some TLC, please feel free to stop by our location to consult with our optician!
