We drive approximately 40 miles round trip (from Naples) to Coconutpoint Ford because we are confident of excellent service from this dealership. This applies to the Service Center where Service Advisor Desiree Ratliff has for many years provided us with excellent advice and honest service, and always treats her customers with respect while doing so. We leased our current vehicle from Bonnie who has since retired but represented the quality of care you can expect at Coconutpoint Ford. We are heading to this dealer today to have a conversation as to whether we will purchase our leased vehicle or extend the lease and have an appointment with Mr John Plank who I am sure will provide the same excellent care that we have come to expect from Coconutpoint Ford. In this day and age, quality of care as well as helpful service has become somewhat unique but it has never failed us at this dealership!!! Try them with confidence. You won’t be disappointed l

When the service person was writing up the order for our Expedition, I indicated to him that when we purchased our vehicle, we paid extra to be assured that our oil changes would take place every 4000 miles. The service person told me that they only change it every 5000 miles as recommended by Ford Motor Co. There seems to be some confusion here as to when our oil changes will take place. I think that the mileage this time was just over 4100 miles on the odometer and the oil was changed. There was no charge for this. I would like to know when we can expect to get our next oil change that will most likely take place in Michigan? I can tell you that the auto warranty program isn't recognized by any Ford dealership outside of Florida. The local Ford dealership here in Michigan had never heard of this company - I provided the paperwork and phone number and they called and requested reimbursement for the oil change, etc. It was a painful process. Since I have homes in two states I probably will no purchase an auto-warranty of this kind again. Difficult to use as reimbursement requires a lot of effort when the dealership doesn't recognize or know anything about the warranty.

Awesome Ford Dealership just bought a car here! For a good price seems like we were in there for 20 minutes! I'm not sure, I had an appointment because I had engine problems. But I would not hesitate to call. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on a variety of issues. They also have a very nice lobby with a luncheon area and TV. Clean and comfortable.

I don't work there, I'm just a happy customer. What makes you think the noise you hear on random days has anything to do with Coconut Point Ford? Do do realize that is a public street back there do t you?
