The team here is always extremely helpful, honest, and quick to give advice. Today was the latest example. My wife bought a rack on Amazon and I was looking for something to modify it to fit her bike. I couldn't but they gave me a tip to drill a hole and use one brace instead of two. Their advice was perfect and one of the many reasons we continue to go back for tuneups and bike purchases. Kudos to the Competitive Edge team!

We came here after having purchased ski boots at another location that turned out to be excruciatingly painful no matter what we did to them. They had us fitted and even though the size was accurate the fit was not. So the guy helping us brought out options for us to try and we were able to find the perfect boot! They offered us suggestions on adjusting them after trying them out if we ran into any discomfort or issues. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment and was just all around patient and helpful! We left there feeling much better about the stuff we bought and the best part was that these boots were close to 1/2 the price and much nicer! Definitely worth the drive to come out here to get what we need from now on!

Extremely knowledgeable staff and they really treat you like family. They spend the time to get you the right equipment for you, taking both price and skill level into account and aren't interested in overselling you. I can't say enough good things about this place. We are now loyal competitive edge customers.

Questions & Answers

Trying to call them for a while, goes Right to voicemail. Do you need an appointment for a bike repair? Or can I just bring it in?

You can bring the bike in and drop it off. They repair bikes on a first come, first serve basis, but can fix simple repairs like flat tires/tubes on the spot. How long the repair will take depends on if parts need to be ordered and their current backlog of repairs.

do you fix bicycle tires
